Typically the design team does a thorough study of the clients brief and requirements. This along with the study of site conditions, climatic conditions, local by-laws and codes forms the foundation of design.

The design solution is arrived at after many internal discussions and presentations. The conceptual design is then discussed with various associated consultants and fine-tuned. The presentation to the client typically consists of conceptual sketches in 3-D, the drawings and a consolidated data as well as the research that as gone in the process. This first presentation along with a number of required meetings leads to the final customized solution.
